More Details: Job Title : MS Access VBA developer Relevant Experience (yrs) : 4+ Years exp. In VBA development Technical/Functional Skills : Some Finance Functional Background preferred. Excellent communication, coordination and team player skills required Good verbal and written communications skills are a must. Experience Required Must have good experience as an Access VBA Development Must have worked in MS Access Project based application development and should understand basic Finance jargons. Roles & Responsibilities : MS Access application development & testing * Work with business clients to understand Functional Requirements. * Should be able to engage client in functional discussion in case of ambiguity of requirements. * Should be able to create LLD documents from Functional requirements. * Engage offshore team in Construction Effort. * Quality assurance for offshore deliverables. * Technical support for test scripts execution. * Understand Client's code/package deployment process & deploy code to production environment. * Technical support during Warranty phase (1month after deployment based on complexity). Generic Managerial Skills : Communication with different teams and problem solving skills. Team managing skills with leadership qualities sought. Education : Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred. Work Location : Minneapolis, MN.
