*Network Admin * Mid to Sr level* *Location: Rutland, VT* * * *Provide direct support in deployment, maintenance and problem determination of new and current workstations, laptops and thin clients.* ** Maintain up to date software versions on the vendor shipped company image that is paired with new workstations and laptops as needed.* ** Configure and reconfigure hardware and software as required in Help Desk ticketing system.* ** Act as the primary technical interface to customers for hardware technical support developing positive relationships with the customers to ensure a high level of overall customer satisfaction.* ** Conduct problem analysis and problem solving to identify and resolve complex system hardware issues.*
