Sr. Developer Position requirements - 5+ years of recent experience designing and building large enterprise solutions - 5+ years of recent experience working with Microsoft .NET technology stack and SQL Server databases. Must have recent, solid, practical experience developing large C# applications. - current Microsoft MCAD or MCSD certification - excellent analytical skills - significant experience designing/developing complex software solutions - BS or higher in Computer Science or related field - lead developer or team lead on mid to large software development projects - excellent communication skills - verbal, written - experience designing / developing / implementing financial systems Developer will assess an existing large business application to determine root cause of production issues. Developer will also design, develop, and test improvements necessary to stabilize the application. Developer must be able to assist with communicating with the offshore development resources to ensure a high productivity level across the entire project team. Must be capable of understanding complex business logic and problems and have 5+ years of experience designing C#.NET solutions. Developer must have excellent communication skills to work effectively with the project team and MIS and project management.
