(E.g. query resolution / training) - Daily offshore task assignment. - Experience with QTP and Quality Center - Led teams of 5 or more - Review daily offshore status & customize the same as expected by the IST lead / Client. - Defect follow-up, re-test (if required). - Work on any issue resolution with the PM / Dev leads of the respective workstream. - Onshore-Offshore co-ordination.
