Location: Atlanta, GA Duration : 3 - 6 months Rate : DOE Position Description: The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for leading in the analysis of requirements to design and execute test cases against the People soft Financials applications modules as well as their integrated 3rd party vendor software. This position will work with the Implementation team to create the testing approach and test plans in order to facilitate and execute testing and the creation of automated test solutions. This position will require complete ownership of the testing process from start to finish, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility. This may include providing task direction, mentoring and project management to other team members. Qualifications . At least 8 years in software development, business analysis, support, or related IT experience, with at least 5 years QA experience . BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience . Experience with ERP Systems (PeopleSoft Financials is highly desirable) . Experience developing and executing automated test suites . Familiarity with QTP, Oracle Framework, Quality Center, People Tools . Participation in system implementation through the complete project life cycle . Experience collaborating on some level with programmers and business experts . At least one year of experience with scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Ruby, Python, Jython, Groovy, Tcl), and/or open source test tools (FitNesse, Selenium, Watir, or others), and/or commercial test tool scripting languages, and/or programming in any language . Experience writing simple SQL queries and insert/update statements, and basic grasp of MS SQL or another relational database . Experience writing black box and GUI test cases, designing tests to mitigate risks, and helping business experts define requirements . Technical Aptitude . Possesses leadership ability/qualities .
