Appreciate if you could send us your qualified consultant for review. *1)Position:* SQL Server Database Architect *Location:* San Francisco, CA *Duration:* 1 year contract. *Database Architect – SQL Server* · Experience in managing SQL in production environment including installation, configuration, backup, recovery, upgrades and schema changes · 10+ years of experience architecting, developing, and administering MS SQL Server database systems. · Expert with stored procedures, triggers, and performance issues web services database design. · Experience in database monitoring, tuning, including SQL-Profiler, indexing strategies, and query/index tuning. · Expert in relational data modeling principles and techniques. · Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines on timely basis. · Experience with large, mission-critical application databases. *2)Position:* Sr. DB2 Administrator *Location:* San Francisco, CA *Duration:*1 year contract *JD:* · 8-10 years of experience in database design or maintenance · Six or more years of DBA experience, generally with two or more of the following DBMS platforms: DB2, Informix, Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle. · Five or more years with DB client/server development tools and techniques. · Experienced with DB performance monitor, DB recover, and DB change management. · Strong knowledge and extensive experience with DB2 UDB on AIX/Solaris is mandatory. · Participation in large projects that require understanding of software development life cycle · Experience with Large Scale DB2 UDB Databases and DB2 DPF (Data Partition) is required. · Working knowledge of operating system internals (Shell scripting, monitoring, debugging) in AIX / Solaris / Linux environments is required. · Must be competent with converting logical data models into high performance physical designs. · Experience with data dictionary/repository tools and ERwin data modeling software. · Experience with OLAP tools. · DB2 UDB DBA ( UNIX ) with additional Oracle or SQL experience is preferred. · Experience working with computer hardware and software installation/upgrading procedures · Experience working with database and system maintenance procedures · Experience working with database creation techniques and database management systems (DBMS) features · Experience working with database performance tuning *Other Qualifications* · Good analytical and problem solving skills · Good programming skills for database management and general software · Good communication skills · Leadership skills to guide work teams · Ability to work in a team environment · Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action 3)*Position:* Sr. Informix DBA * Location:* San Francisco, CA for GAP * Duration:*1 year contract *Sr Informix DBA* 8-10 years of experience in database design or maintenance Database administration in Informix 10/11 Database installation, configuration, connectivity, monitoring and fine tuning Database user management and security Relation database modeling for OLPT SQL stored procedures and triggers PL/SQL Knowledge of software development life cycle Candidate of choice will have hands on expertise in: Informix DBA servers, stored procedures, database monitoring, tuning, data replication and backup, architecture familiarity with system and software *Other Qualifications* · Good analytical and problem solving skills · Good programming skills for database management and general software Good communication skills Leadership skills to guide work teams Ability to work in a team environment 4)Position: Oracle Database Architect Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 1 year contract *Database Architect – Oracle* *Requirements:* · At least 10+ years of Enterprise IT Architecture experience from a large IT environment in Oracle. · Must have experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Solutions. · Must have experience with Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions. · Positive Attitude, Ethics, and International Values which support company values and a healthy, high performance culture. · Must have experience with Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA). · Construct and maintain database upgrade, and service improvement programs. Manages OS patch process to ensure compatibility with database software. Lead efforts to benchmark OS, storage, and database performance. · Should have excellent communication skills, able to interface at the customer & internal teams.
