- Qualification: Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
- Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.

Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business
Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design
& Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting

Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture
Knowledge & Testing.

The position requires a strong application maintenance background -
ITIL certified is a plus.

Work area is related to multiple application types with experience
in Transportation, Shipping, Logistics, Order to Cash systems. The
candidate has to be experienced in working & adhearing to SLA's, good
client interfacing experience, problem solving skills, working in an
offshore environment, ERP background, follows processes, creative
thinker, leadership experience and strong communication skills.

This resource should have good functional knowledge of
Transportation, Shipping, Logistics, Order Entry, Invoicing,
Purchasing, AR/AP systems in their background.
Technical experience is required in multiple of the following:
1. RPG/AS400 is a MUST
2. .NET
3. JAVA
4. 50% Production Support
5. 30% Enhancements/Maintenance
6. 20% Management/Admin
