Overview:
Client is looking for a Ios Mobile Application Developer to develop
applications to target more than one platform. Consultant will be involved
in all aspects of developing a new features in iOS platform including user
story elaboration, estimation, analysis, design, programming,
unit/integration testing and debugging following Agile development
practices such as Agile/Scrum.
Requirements:
· Must have 3-5 yrs of hands-on iOS Native application development
using Objective-C or Swift including:
· Published one or more iOS apps in the app store
· Familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch
· Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends,
and emerging technologies
· Worked with multiple data interchange formats such as XML and JSON
· Worked with multiple data transfer mechanisms such as SOAP and
REST
o Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core
Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
o Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
o Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
· Automotive skills are ideal, experience with these technologies
would be a plus:
· Analyze existing applications and document gaps and areas of
improvement to meet business and technical requirements
o Elaborate, estimate, and design for small increments of work
o Swarm around tasks along with other Scrum team members
o Perform technology evaluation and design spikes
o Promote improvements in programming practices such as
functional/acceptance test driven development, continuous integration, and
test automation
· Experience working in a team development environment
· Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
· Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures,
trends, and emerging technologies
