   - Oversee from a technical perspective,  multiple teams of software
   developers to design, code, and unit test new features and modifications.
   - As a technical  manager, you must be willing to work with business and
   client representatives to build out and prioritize requirements.
   - Expected to provide estimates, work with PMs to develop project plans,
   manage resource skills matrix and allocations, and monitor project
   timelines.
   - Participate in the design and implementation of complex application
   features.
   - Also coach and mentor team members on compliance with good software
   design practices, coding standards and defined specifications



*Qualifications:*

   - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or related field,
   or equivalent work experience required, with two additional year of
   experience required for each year of college not attained.
   - 10+ years of senior development and / or technical development
   leadership experience of demonstrated excellence in an information systems
   environment;
   - Must demonstrate proven track record of leadership with experience
   managing complex development teams;
   - Must also have experience and success in leading a work group(s) and
   direct customer contact.
   Experience managing customer requirements or demands
   - Thorough understanding in assigned technical discipline and knowledge
   of older and newer Windows platforms, VB, .NET, Relational Databases, Visual
   Studio and Team Foundation Server, JAVA, ERP Systems such as SAP with
   advanced knowledge of at least one or more products; SOA experience
   - Must have worked in an onshore\offshore delivery model
   - Strong skills in SLDC methodologies
   - Excellent communication skills;
   - Ability to build and maintain successful teams and business
   relationships;
   - Ability to examine and re-engineer operations and procedures,
   formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and
   procedures.
   - Analyze comprehensive business processes, perform in-depth work
   analyses, and develop detailed technical solution designs.  Strong
   influencing skills

   - Technical expertise and ability to support and develop using PeopleSoft
   Tools.
   - Monitor, communicate, and remediate batch/online job processing and
   performing.
   - Communication and coordination of project milestones with end-users.
   - Ability to document tasks, resources, and requirements.
   - Communication and coordination of project milestones with end-users.
   - Ability to document tasks, resources, and requirements.
   - Coordinate testing with IT and functional users of all software/hardare
   upgrades and fix/patch applications.
   - Security and External Audit Administration of of PeopleSoft Environment
   (Finance and Human Resources)Resource is responsible for completing BRFR
   deliverables for the Client.
   - The job duities include discussions with Business Users and Information
   Technology resources.
   - Completing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements in
   accordance with client methodology, as well as obtaining IT and Business
   signoff's.
   - Client expectation for Functional Requirements is quite detailed.
   - Accordingly prior experience as a software developer is preferred.

   - Bachelors Degree or equivalent subject matter experience/learning
   - Strong analytical, technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills
   - Provide Production/Development Support in a demanding Information
