*Trainers/Client Support Specialists:*

Work under the direction of Project Director. Theduties of the
Trainers/Client Support Specialists will include, but are not limited to
thefollowing.

·         Provide high quality user support and training for all software
maintained ordeveloped by the selected entity.

·         Provide technical assistance to district and special education
cooperativepersonnel responsible for reporting special education data to
ISBE through onlinetraining sessions and a technical assistance hotline
service.



*REQUIRED SKILLS*

·         Experience in providing user training and customer support; and

·         Excellent communication skills
