Application DBA, SQL Server Database, need to be focussed on the design and development of databases, must be familiar with App dev Models, write stored procedures, etc. this is a senior level resource, but the client will take knowledge over experience. Financial services experience is a must, Sybase is a nice to have. Screen your candidates throughly please and *Do not *submit any pure production DBAs.
