There are multiple projects worked upon by TCS for Genworth. Current requirement is for Oracle Apps – GL project for which TCS has done a 6 week consulting assignment last year to study the issue with GL and identify the best solution. This is a new project. The project titled “FDS” will mainly involve understanding the existing GL interface and develop/modify the appropriate components as per the new requirement. There will also be an ETL (Informatica) team who would work with on this to load the data into a data store for reporting/analytics while having a recon between GL and the data store.
