QA Lead (Intranet Split) Duration: 12 Months Location: Boca Raton, FL Rate: Open *REQUIRED SKILLS:* Must have minimum 6-7 years experience performing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing of third party applications. Strong leadership skills to work with multiple levels across the organization. Demonstrated experience leading QA engineers and mentoring less experienced staff. 2-3 years of recent experience with one or more of the following: billing / cash applications, inbound/outbound client server applications, call center, and/or financial applications. Minimum 5 years experience analyzing functional and technical requirements and mapping documents and transforming them into a comprehensive Test Plan. Minimum 5 years experience with application development life cycles (SDLC). Must have 5 years QA testing processes including requirements analysis and traceability; test case development, test execution, and defect management. Experience with Test Management tools, Quality center Preferred. Experience leading Regression automation projects or hand’s on experience with QTP Preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
