Position: Back End Java/J2ee Developer
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6 + Months (with Possible Extension) / Contract Position
Requirements:
* 7+ years as a software developer
* 5+ years Java/JEE application
* Web service/SOA development
* Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle)
* Strong OOP background
* Experience with an MVC framework
* Experience developing and performance tuning a high volume
transaction application
* Excellent verbal and written communications - experience working
within large and small teams
* Complete knowledge of all phases of Software Development Cycle
* Strong troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP
* Experience working with geographically disbursed teams
* Successful projects in both large and small teams
* Use of Java frameworks (Spring, Struts, Hibernate, etc)
* Experience leading teams
* Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company
