Reply :-* javeedma.sur...@gmail.com * *Title : Data Warehouse Architect Location: Denver, CO – LOCALS Duration: 6months (Contract to hire)* The Data Warehouse Architect will be responsible for architecting, designing and providing oversight to the implementation of system data modifications to a project in the Healthcare Industry. In addition to data modeling experience, the data architect will have a key role in translating business requirements to physical database structures and architecting the movement of data throughout the system originating from external and internal sources. *Primary Responsibilities:* · Architect solution to identify and load data from disparate sources originating from multiple applications across the enterprise · Provide oversight to design and develop the database logical and physical data model for normalized and denormalized data structures · Architect data migration strategy for the system · Architect reusable and proven design patterns to extract, transform and load data · Design schema definitions for OLTP and OLAP databases · Provide oversight to design and develop data warehouse model · Develop standards that govern the strategy to collect metadata · Implement best practices and standards to analyze, profile and store data · Develop and document standards and guidelines to govern the use of data integration tools and processes · Additional experience in sizing, tuning and data analysis is a plus *Required Skills:* · 5+ years' experience as a data architect/modeler for a large scale production data warehouse system or comparable product · Hands on experience with Data Analysis, Data Modeling (Logical and Physical), Database Design, Data Integration, Data Warehousing methodologies, etc. · Possess an end-to-end vision to understand a logical design translates into one or more physical · databases and how data flows through successive stages of the overall solution · Hands on experience working with Oracle and SQL Server relational databases in a large scale project environment · Deep knowledge of SQL · Experience with modeling and metadata management tools · Hands on Experience working in Windows operating systems · Possess a strong desire to establish standards and implement best practices · Ability to document reusable standards, guidelines and best practices to be used by the project team · Work with Solution Architect to ensure that solutions complement the system architecture and conforms to the enterprise architecture strategy · Ability to work in an integrated team environment that includes designers, developers, other architects etc. · Good communication and presentation skills *Desired Skills: * · Experience in the Insurance or Healthcare industries, including IT solutions for MMIS, HIX and Healthcare reform initiatives a plus *Education: *· Bachelor's Degree * Thanks & Regards, Javeed Talent Acquisition Executive SureIT Solutions Inc. 1801 W Queen Creek RD | Suite # 3 | Chandler | AZ 85248 ( 602-218-8461|6866-322-0121 www.sureitinc.com .
