Must be very good at Load Runner, must also be a performance tester/engineer NOT a regular QA person Job Description Individual will provide performance testing for a complex web-based application, including performance benchmarking, performance testing, diagnostics, and tuning prior to go live, as well as assist with setting up monitoring processes for post go-Live. Individual will develop a comprehensive set of performance test scripts, execute those scripts, and be able to help analyze the results. Works with the Performance Test Lead to determine a complete set of performance test scenarios including Baseline, Load, Stress, Volume and Endurance testing Turn those scenarios into a comprehensive set of performance test scripts Execute all performance scripts and record the results Helps set up processes to monitor post go-live application performance Ensures all Performance Testing deliverables are completed on time and with high quality Works with Test Lead to report status on Testing, Results, and Issues to team members and project PMO Requirements Must be familiar with a life-cycle approach to Application Performance Testing (pre-deployment) and Monitoring (post deployment) Knowledge of the software testing discipline (functional and performance) and its integration with the software development life Candidate will have advanced Performance Engineering and Testing skills dealing with multi-tiered platforms and complex and distributed web application. Must have expertise in performance test scripting, execution, analysis ,and diagnostics Must have expertise in writing and executing Loadrunner scripts Strong knowledge of C programming language in order to customize Loadrunner scripts Must have experience with Web/Silverlight protocol to create Loadrunner scripts Must have working knowledge of Shunra and be able to set up latencies Experience with .NET scripting Experience with Viewstate correlations and manual correlations Candidate will have experience working with leading Performance Testing and Diagnostic tools such as HP Performance Center 11.0, LoadRunner 9.5, and Vugen 10 Wily Intro Scope, HP Diagnostics Shunra • Excellent communication skills are required to interface with varied groups, including project team, software vendor, and infrastructure teams • Experience with Aprimo marketing suite would be a plus Thanks Zain Khan zain.k...@panzersolutions.com 203 652 1442 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
