*Title : Business System Analyst Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 6+ months contract* Job Details: This group is very fast paced and their tends to be some turn over due to contractors not being able to perform up to the standards of the group (issues often are lack of dedication (people calling out sick); not being really “into the job”, etc. *Data Warehouse* experience required (but more from an analysis perspective): Data profiling; source to target mapping; assistance with data model creation; transformation rule specification Analytical skills including ability to query RDBMS with SQL (tables, joins, etc) or other tools Ability to write detailed functional specifications, including data specifications Ability to work with users and document business requirements using various techniques and tools Knowledge of healthcare data and terminology (preferred) **Manager does not like resumes that are too long** **Any experience with Agile and/or waterfall methodologies would be good** **candidates need to understand what they did at last project and should list accomplishments—not a list of why they did the various tasks they did** Looking forward to work with you !!!
