*Position : Lead Business Intelligence Business Systems Analyst.* *Location : Beaverton/Portland, OR* *Duration : Contract-Long Term* * * *Role & Responsibility :* * * As Lead Business Intelligence Business Systems Analyst, you will lead distributed teams of technical people on cutting-edge supply chain solutions. The person in this role must be capable of helping to establish the product vision, and then holding the vision of the end product, keeping the team focused and functioning to attain that vision. You will be the product owner and will be key in leading your team of 8-10 people in an Agile process to create new solutions and modifications of existing products. Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth. * * *As our Lead Business Intelligence Business Systems Analyst, you'll bring the following : * * * • Passion for Business Intelligence • Success in designing and leading requirements elicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process outcome modeling, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis • Adaptability and experience in leading teams to determine appropriate requirements capture and management methods including but not limited to use cases, user stories, customer journeys and storyboards • Successfully elicit from appropriate suppliers all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical) • Hands on participation in and leading teams of BSAs (3+) through full life-cycle Business Intelligence solution delivery projects (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months) • Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile solution delivery environment • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills • Dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes • Experience in Lean process improvement efforts • A consultancy approach to your work • Commitment to collaborating with Data Warehouse developers, report writers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. • Passion for being the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. • Passion and competency for mentoring, growing and developing the skills of other analysts and team members * * *Skills & Qualifications :* * * • In addition to those general role responsibilities, you'll need some specific experience and have some specific accountabilities, including: • Strong Leadership identity required • Strong communication skills required • Strong SQL skills required • 6+ years Business Intelligence experience required • 3+ years SAP experience preferred • 3+ years SAP BW preferred • 3+ years Cognos experience preferred • 2+ years Teradata experience a plus • SAP AFS experience a plus Please send me the resume along with the rate ASAP.
