Strong knowledge on UNIX. *Job includes– *** - installation, configuration and deployment of the WEM solution on a unix based environment, and further maintenance and support. - Working with the dev team/Adobe technical teams to troubleshoot/resolve any issues - Working on platform level P1/P2 issues, responding and attending P1/P2 calls - Raising SR (Services Requests) with vendor to get product level bugs fixed - Creation and modification of application code deployment / service start-stop shell and perl scripts - Working on Application roll-outs/ releases, in Stage and Production lifecycles - Maintaining cold backup CR cron scripts, start/stop scripts of the application - Deployment of upgrades / hot fixes on Components as provided by vendor, to fix issues - Upgrading Virus Scan software, to safeguard data with latest virus definitions - Installation and maintenance of core application components - Debugging any unusual behavior, witnessed in the behavior of the application functionality - Installation/ Upgrade of application components latest versions and binaries as specified in application requirements - Monitoring setup at platform level and modification and maintenance of the monitors - Task includes troubleshooting identifying root cause by engaging cross functional teams tracking till the issue is completely resolved.
