Duties & Responsibilites :

The Global Security Office’s (GSO) Client Support Services (CSS) program provides contractual and sales support along with business unit-specific sales support services.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the RFQ/RFP process by providing appropriate responses to questionnaires
• Assist in the coordination of activities for on-site audits of data centers
• Prepare documentation and supporting information for meetings and interviews
• Assist in the development/refinement of relevant training modules or materials as required to support CSS program

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving & analysis
• Process driven and eye for detail
• Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, willingness to take on challenges and adapt to change

Technical Skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in technical writing or documentation

Experience in audit or sales processes from information security perspective a plus
• Microsoft SharePoint skills a plus
