ETL Developer
BI Developer
Basic Qualifications:
7 years application development and implementation experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of business intelligence development and design experience.
3 years development experience in OBIEE and/or Siebel Analytics.
2 years of experience doing software design and development for high-volume applications or systems.
Successful experience working with Oracle database environments
Successful experience working with structured SDLC and source code management methods and tools.
Mastery of data and SQL concepts, with 4 years of experience.
Strong technical writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with business partners on design, requirements, testing, ideation, and prioritization.
Demonstrated ability to learn new subject matter and technologies quickly.
Qualified candidates will:
Create designs to improve and extend Workforce Analytics content for Human Resource professionals and managers.
Develop and unit-test original code and modifications in OBIEE technology, including repository, report and dashboard development. (BI)
Develop and unit-test original code and modifications in OBIEE technology, including Informatica mappings. (ETL)
Perform technical analysis and design documentation tasks to support planning and product roadmap efforts.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor?s degree in computer science, finance, business administration or related field.
2 years? experience developing and supporting Human Resources applications.
2 years? experience working with Unix/Linux platforms.
