*7.      **Good hands on experience in Hardware Support. (Printers,
Laptops, desktop,Mobile devices)*

*8.      **Excellent communication skills.*

*9.      **Good Customer/Vendor handling skills.*

*10.  **Experience in HP laptop hardware.*

*11.  **Troubleshooting desktop client applications like Siebel, etc*

*12.  **Call center users support for Phones and Head sets.*


*SECONDARY SKILL: *

*1.      **Good understanding of Incident and Request
Management(ITIL-Framework).*
