| Duties & Responsibilites : | Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases of the development life-cycle, including requirements gathering and specification, design, coding, testing, integration and documentation
Develop enterprise tools/applications used to support the desktop platform.
Develop web applications used to facilitate information gathering, work-flows and reporting.
Work with various businesses to troubleshoot and debug in-house tools/applications
Provide formal training on developed applications to partner IT groups
Coordinate discussions between multiple LOBs to model business processes in an effort to automate tasks
Document tools by creating business and system requirement, technical design and end-user guide documents.
Candidates must have 5+ years of development experience developing applications in C#, ASP.NET and VB.NET.
Candidate must also have extensive experience working with Visual Studio, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, HTML, _javascript_ and _vbscript_Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science
Must be able to manage multiple work-flows simultaneously and autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills
5 years of experience with C# and VB.NET
5 years of experience developing and supporting applications in Windows environments
5 years of web development experience using ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, DHTML, HTML, CSS, _javascript_ and SQL.
3 years of experience modeling business processes using UML
3 years of experience writing responsive multi-threaded applications
3 years of experience with UI design
Preferred Qualifications:
7 years of experience with C# and VB.NET
7 years of experience developing and supporting applications in Windows environments
7 years of web development experience using ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, DHTML, HTML, CSS, _javascript_ and SQL.
5 years of experience with UI design
5 years of experience writing responsive multi-threaded applications
3 years of experience supporting or developing applications using SCCM 2007 API
3 years of experience working with Active Directory and LDAP.
3 years of experience with Change and Release Management
3 years of experience with Financial Services Clients
3 years of experience writing _vbscript_s to automate workstation tasks
Hands-on experience designing, developing and maintaining high traffic, high performance scalable web applications.
Experience developing COM+ applications
Experience documenting and presenting complex technical information using everyday language |
