| Duties & Responsibilites : | We need Tier1 system engineers (in BVoIP) who would be responsible for looking at the existing process and systems leading to creation of requirements for improvement. Job Description: Tier1 systems engineers work to put together the end-to-end process and system flows for Sales, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Reporting and Performance Management. The Tier 1 SEs work with users to define the requirements, work with tier2/tier3 systems engineers (i.e. component designers) and developers to define the end-to-end flows to support Sales/Contracting, Ordering, Provisioning, Maintenance, Reporting, external user interfaces, system test, and User Acceptance Test. Summary of skills/knowledge required: • 8+yrs Systems Engineering/Solution Designing/Business Analysis Experience • Require knowledge of BVoIP and/or AVPN transport • Team working ability: excellent working relationship with Product Management, IT and users. • Application Design Architecture: Intermediate • Workflow Analysis • Functional Requirements Analysis • System Development Life Cycle Expertise • Layer 3 Service Delivery Processes & OSSs Expert Required • Exp writing/documenting requirements • ATT Enterprise Process and Systems experience |
