Job Title: Database Analyst/Business Anlayst Location: McLean, VA Duration:12+ month ////Must be US Citizen or GC holder ( on W2)//// Job Description: The Corporate Reputation and Governance IT ( CR&G IT ) team is looking for an individual who is looking for a challenge bringing PM, BSA, Platform Management and IT operations skills to bear to support the delivery of the IT business innovation. This associate along with team members will work with IT delivery teams, Third Parties, and business teams to help shape new functionality changes and new business ideas from development to production. Responsibilities: Partners with customers to convert Business requirements into System Requirements Participate in architectural decisions and help set and maintain standards within CR&G IT Responsible for the Technical Leadership over design, development and implementation and drive project/service delivery. Ensure project delivery timelines, quality, and architectural alignment. Provides team technical supervision and drives project/service delivery and quality. This includes working with fellow members of the Team (Architects, Tech Leads and Business Systems Analysts) to ensure project scope-shaping activities are aligned with Architectural objectives. Create high level design documents Will direct the work of on-shore coordinators that support off-shore development. Review requirements, design and implementation plan. The Tech Lead is accountable for ensuring that design and development is in compliance with standards. Ensure appropriate documentation is created and maintained Complete horizontal work to support the health of applications and the platform Provides oversight to design team as a Point of Contact for projects. The Tech Lead also serves as the escalation point for technical issues and drives resolutions.
