Duties & Responsibilites :	Description Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires 5 years or more of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The purpose of this request is to procure Powerbuilder software development services for multiple clients Business/IT projects for clients Technical Services.  The position will primarily work on the **** system performing maintenance tasks related to the Access Approach Inventory project. Secondarily this resource may be required to provide Windows 7 Upgrade support for remediating clients software applications to work in a Windows 7 environment. - 10 years or more experience with Powerbuilder version 8 and above - SQL Server 2005 and above - Experienced in Writing complex sql scripts - Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010 - desirable - Excellent customer communication skills - mandatory - Understanding of IT full lifecycle SDLC - mandatory
