| Duties & Responsibilites : | Position Summary:-
The Corporations Business Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to end users/customers on specific SOS applications supporting our Corporations Division. Responsibilities include using strong analytical reasoning to understand, identify, research and resolve end user's requirements. Ideally, this candidate will acquire deep knowledge of working systems and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific software requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Work with end-users and troubleshoot and problem-solve issues
- Provide feedback and finding to the team on improvements/enhancements/fixes
- Responsiveness, strong communication skills and customer service focus are crucial in this role
- Perform system administrative tasks including maintaining user ids, workflows, etc.
- Provide support of SOS enterprise applications
- Analytical ability
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
Supervision Requirement:-
- May work with cross-functional team including external vendor
Minimum Qualifications:-
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated customer focus
- Proactive mindset
- Excellent time management
- Works well within a team
Education:-
Required: Bachelor's Degree |
