Duties & Responsibilites :	Expects the senior developer to be extremely well rounded in programming languages with the main knowledge skills in Microsoft C#, .NET Framework 1.1 to current version, ASP.NET languages, WIN-Forms development, MS SQL Developer and  experience in Enterprise Data Modeling. The responsibilities are primarily technical, senior developers also generally serve as an interface between the developers and management and have some supervisorial responsibilities in delegating work and ensuring that software projects come in on time and under budget.  Serve as technical adviser to management and provide programming perspective on requirements. Senior Developer is responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with little or no supervision to complete all tasks.  Key Skills: Development Skills:  Solutions design, Project technical planning,  (Edits or creates for recommendation and approval Enterprise or IT artifacts,  including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and best practices),  Analysis and design, Communication, Testing and implementation, Recommends software reusability guidelines,  Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level  staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation. The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements. Years of Relevant Experience: 10 plus years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study preferred. Role Description: •Proven track record of hands-on technical design and code work within large complex systems. •Proven hands-on technical work with a variety of technologies. •Demonstrated technical expertise integrating a variety of diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies. •Proven experience mentoring and performing supervisory functions for technical teams. •Ability to make best practice recommendations based on past work. •Proven ability to present complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users. •Proven ability to collaborate with business users, project managers and technical architects. Skills Required/Desired: Total IT Experience Required 10 Years    Experience with C#  Required 8 Years    Experience with .Net 1.1 to 4.0 , ASP.net Required 8 Years    Experience with SQL procedures, functions tables views, etc Required 8 Years    Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to 2008 Required 6 Years    Experience with MS Visio or any flow diagram tool Desired 5 Years    Experience with Version control tools , ODRC uses GIT Required 5 Years    Experience creating test documentation and performing System Tests.  Required 5 Years    Experience with creating technical documentation with application functionality and test methods Required 5 Years    Experience with manual QA testing processes Highly desired 5 Years    Excellent interpersonal skills Required
