Due to our current growth and planned expansion, we are seeking IT Recruiters to work as part of our Staffing Group based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We are looking for eager, willing and sharp professionals that will be responsible for the following: Ø Source candidates utilizing the job posting boards, resume spiders, in-house database, referrals, and other resources Ø Conduct thorough interviews with candidates/consultants Ø Qualify potential candidates for open positions Ø Prepare and submit resumes to Account Managers Ø Coordinate consultant/client interviews Ø Other duties as assigned Ø Positions are night shift following US Eastern Time Your qualifications should include: ü Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency ü 2+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT staffing ü Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business ü Bachelor’s Degree ü A strong desire to succeed You will find an environment where innovation comes from creative collaboration and where everyone is empowered to go fast and have fun.
