*Duration : 6+ Months* *Interview : Phone* * * *Requirements :* * * *Responsibilities:* • The Lead Software Engineers is responsible for understanding the technical vision within development areas and leading the implementation of solutions to support that vision. • Lead Software Engineers exhibit a strong desire to build high-performance, highly-available, and scalable systems. • Assure traceability between requirements and detailed application design. • Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior developers. • Analyze and coordinate the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems. • Take an active, hands-on role in the implementation of software. • Mentor junior developers in new technologies and architectures. • Assure that all technical deliverables are consistent with organizational standards. • Participate in development of technical strategy and mapping solutions back to overall business objectives. Qualified candidates should have extensive experience in the following: • IBM WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB). • Mediation Modules. • Mediation Subflows. • File Adapters. • Imports and Exports - JMS, WS, SCA, EJB. • Custom Mediation. • XSL Transformations. • Custom XSLT Transformations.
