*Please reply to **abhish...@diverselynx.com** only* Position: Oracle ERP implementation Location: Heathrow, FL Duration: 6-12 months with possibility of extension * * * * *Responsibilities:* · Primarily responsible for troubleshooting, researching and resolving global customer issues within Oracle ERP Procurement modules that come into a centralized email inbox. · Provide support for various Procurement processes such as closing out POs, updating Supplier Review information on SharePoint and consolidated reporting on buying activities, etc. Responsibilities may include testing of new processes in current and future Oracle systems. · Running Business Objects reports as needed. * * * * *Important Skills*: · Experience using Oracle ERP (Oracle R12 a plus), SharePoint and Business Objects tools is highly preferred. · Ability to work independently with little to no supervision within a fast paced, dynamic environment. · Highly organized with a "can do" attitude, be able to work effectively under tight deadlines (quarter end, extended schedules, etc). · Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. · 2-4 years’ experience in customer support or handling end user issues. · Proven track record of multi-tasking across several open issues/projects. · Experience conducting research to find answers to questions and solutions to problems from various sources. *Education:* · Four year college degree or equivalent work experience. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
