Primary Responsibilities and Activities:
•    Creation and review of to be implemented process flows
•    Identification of any gaps to complete the configuration
•    Technical sizing document for the implementation & production roll-out
of the CA Service management modules.

Resources will perform configuration and implementation of the below CA
modules:
•    Incident Management
•    Problem Management
•    Request Management
•    Knowledge Management
•    Change Management
•    Configuration Management (CMDB)
•    Reporting
