| Duties & Responsibilites : | Position Description:
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This request is being submitted to add an additional contractor to the same project. The Performance Metrics project is meant to offer a method to capture metrics, scorecards and strategic initiatives for use by Agencies, the Executive Office, and for publication to the Open Michigan site. MiResults is the tool being developed to accomplish that, and is reflected in the MiResults sub-projects of the Performance Metrics master project. These resources will perform the following development activities for the MI Results application. • Active involvement in the agile development team, by participating in daily scrums. • Understand and analyze business requirement. • Present solutions for complex business tasks and problems. • Design, develop, troubleshoot and unit test of assigned work items.
Skills Required :
Development technologies to be used: C# .NET, _javascript_, Visual Studio 2010, MS SQL Server, jQuery, Microsoft TFS and an understanding of Agile.

Experience Required:
3 years
Experience Preferred:
3 years .NET web development
Education Required :
Possession of a bachelor’s degree with not less than 21 semester (32 term) hours in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, or mathematics.
