Duties & Responsibilites :	Interview: Either Phone or In Person The Senior Product Specialist will provide expertise in J2EE Programming and Webservices in support of Oracle IAM. This is a senior development role involving integration of new IAM systems at the Client. Skills involve SOA and WSDL. Only candidates with strong J2EE will be considered.   Should have significant interpersonal communication skills. The Senior Product Specialist will provide technical expertise in the on boarding of business applications to Client’s Identity and Access Management Service (IAM). The specialist will gather requirements, provide technical guidance (meet with application developers and help them understand what webservices and IAM is and how it will impact their environment), consult with other programmers and system engineers, configure Oracle IAM settings (on-job training provided), perform Java programming, test and debug application interfaces, customize web pages, and write documentation. Long-term need for a technical person with Java and web services experience and the aptitude and desire to learn how to support IAM 11gR2 as an enterprise service.  This person must evolve into primary support for the DEV/TEST/PROD IAM 11gR2 environments recently implemented, including on-boarding of key applications to IAM based on “best practice” processes.  Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with other technical personnel.  Must have strong English language skills to interact closely with other technicians and application developers.  Must be able to develop and documented procedures based on the best practice processes. This role requires prior knowledge and working experience with SOA.  Specialist will work under general direction of Program Lead and/or Project Managers, but must be able to operate independently on both technical work and interaction with others.  English language skills must be extremely strong. This is a right to hire role, so candidate must be willing to consider a full time position if offered. Required / Desired Skills: Proficiency and recent prior work with J2EE Required 3 Years Prior experience in SOA / web services Required 2 Years Prior experience with WSDL Documentation Required 2 Years Prior experience with multiple parties (programmer, engineer, customer, project manager) to complete application integration  Required 2 Years Familiarity with Identity Management concepts Highly desired 1 Years Very strong written and verbal English language skills Required
