Duties & Responsibilites :	Job Details: Role: - CRM Solution Designer Location: - Middletown NJ Duration: - 12 + months Job Description: 7 to 9+ Years of experience and minimum 2 yrs. as CRM Solution Designer/Business Analyst/System Engineer Skill/Technologies Required: •           Preferred to be a Siebel/CRM Trained Consultant /Business Analyst. •           2-3 Years of Experience in CRM Design and Development with good understanding of CRM Architecture. •           Good Communication Skill. •           Good Client Interaction Skill. •           Experience in End User Communication to capture and document end user requirements. •           Knowledge of CRM Project Life Cycle – Preferred if resource involved in at least one CRM End to End Implementation. •           Candidate with 2+ yrs System Engineering Experience in AT&T in non-CRM J2EE(Sales/Design/Price Apps) can also apply. Roles and Responsibilities: Enterprise Architecture/Requirement Analysis/Solution Design : Writing Design Docs and Technical Requirement Docs/Integration/End-2-End CRM Lifecycle implementation.
