Ensure environment stability and accessibility. · Apply patches and execute upgrades. Work with SAS Management Console and other tools (e.g. maintenance scripts) to monitor and maintain the environment, shut down problematic jobs, clean up log files etc. · Resolve issues associated with SAS products, including all user facing tools (Forecast Studio, Enterprise Guide, Financial Management, and Data Integrator). · Maintain tool configurations. · Work with SAS on support issues.
