1 year contract midtown open rate QA Analyst..jr-mid CRM/ERP Background in Salesforce is A MUST Competencies * At least 4 to 5+ year's of experience in Quality Assurance, focused on customized web-based solutions and applications as well as large-packaged solutions E.g. CRM/ ERP solutions * Experience working with and testing complex systems, supporting large number of internal and external users and stakeholders * Experience working with automated testing system such as QTP , LoadRunner * Experience in Java and Portal application environment, specifically web-based applications * Experience testing in CRM , ERP's * Experience working in Linux, Windows environments * Experience with SQL queries * Experience in Agile development methodologies * Experience with Integration testing * Proficient in various test methodologies including Black Box, White Box, Regression, Functional, Smoke, Integration, System * Has decent knowledge on Web Servers, database Servers, Application Servers * Knowledge on various software development & Quality Assurance methodologies, standards and processes, best practices, and problem areas Primary Responsibilities: * Developing thorough test plans, test cases, test scenarios such as Functional ,Regression and Ensure the quality of custom and packaged technology solutions * Ability to create test case design, test plan, defect reports, test resource plan, status reports * Validate each solution's ability to meet requirements * Guide business users in appropriate verification of functionalities * Coordinate and track execution of appropriate testing plans * Work with development teams to identify key areas of risks in new solutions * Proficiency working in an Agile environment * Communicating testing status on a regular basis QA lead * Proficiency developing, maintaining and enhancing comprehensive test cases * Capable of working in a complex testing environment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and will have exceptional writing and communication skills * Demonstrated a record of successfully QA * Ability to operate effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing multiple, simultaneous projects * Strong team player, ability to work with others Academic Qualifications: * At least a four-year degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field Regards, Tom Irtis VP of Recruiting Operations USEReady, Inc. t...@useready.com Click here for my Linkedin Profile<http://www.linkedin.com/in/tomirtis>- Connect with me!
