General Description: This project will require one FTE for 11 months to complete the portfolio rationalization effort. This effort will rely on a preliminary assessment of the portfolio, followed by comprehensive detailed hosting analysis of select systems. Client has identified low-use applications that no longer provide acceptable ROI, as well as systems that provide redundant capabilities. Systems/applications meeting this criteria are prime candidates for immediate or near-term decommissioning.
