Duration : Long Term

Perform general application troubleshooting and resolution during system
unavailability
Gather relevant requirements for Middleware support from IT teams
Design, deploy, and administer IBM WebSphere stack business applications
Perform deployment automation processes and procedures
Conduct performance tuning and improvement of business applications
Perform application and network topology design documentation
Document best practices and transfer knowledge to SAFG Middleware Services
Group (MSG) members and customers
Conduct weekly communication and periodic status reporting
Perform other miscellaneous tasks assigned by MSG Manager
Provide customer service support to clients’ applications during USA CST
business hours
Occasionally provide customer service support during weekends and after
hours
Interact with application stakeholders and AIGGS technical teams as needed
