*Responsibilities:-*
The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for firmware development of
Kinetix AC servo drive products, as part of a larger team. The position
requires experience in embedded software design using C++ and
Object-Oriented Design methods. This role also requires strong
communications skills and the ability to work effectively in large project
teams.
*Required Skills:-*
• EE/CS degree with 4+ years of embedded software experience using
C++
• Demonstrated skills in Object Oriented Design (OOD) principles
• Strong understanding of RTOS concepts
• Experience with complex 32 bit embedded control peripherals (ie.
DDR, FPGA, NAND, A/D, Ethernet)
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems which involve both
firmware and hardware
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Desired Qualifications: *
• Experience with Industrial Automation products such as PLC,
Factory-Based Ethernet, and Motion Control
• Experience with AC servo drives and motors.
