Duties: Experienced Business Systems Analyst with demonstrated BSA work experience on multiple projects. Strong in full lifecycle of IT project work, from requirements gathering through functional specifications/design and user acceptance testing. Demonstrated ability managing complex requirements in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Agile and waterfall methodology experience preferred. Specific responsibilities include: • Provides front line systems support to Medical Communications and other business functions • Manage and develop Business Object Reports per business needs • Perform data analysis as needed • Liaise with IT to ensure accuracy and completeness in user requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, process flow diagrams; may configure some system settings and/or options; also, partner with IT to drive implementation of technical solutions. • Facilitate and collaborate with cross functional business stakeholders and project manager including technical team from IT • Conduct feasibility studies and gap-analysis for improvements through automation and/or business process changes • Analyze/document current and future business process models • Analyze/document high-level requirements (scope) • Analyze/document detailed functional requirements and business rules (use cases) • Analyze/document data requirements (from business needs perspective) • Support planning of user acceptance test (UAT), including creation of UAT scripts • Perform knowledge transfer to training and communication teams and support user deployment activities as needed Skills: Experience Profile • 8-10 years experience as an IT business systems analyst and a demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation; excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills • Proven skills in relationship building, customer-focus, decision-making, and problem solving • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas . Experienced with Business Objects Reporting ?develop reports & knowledge of BO universe is a plus . SQL experienced . Knowledge of Google site development is a plus • Experience and understanding of any of the following areas a plus: *Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment *Business processes in case management, reimbursement management and support.
