Location: Charlotte, NC *Must have worked on Retirement Background- 401K, 403B* *Good knowledge on .net or Java* · At least 5 years of experience in projects - Involved in systems in record keeping and administration of retirement plans. · Good exposure on Retirement background – 401K, 403B experience as a Business/System analyst. · Good communication skills, worked in onsite/offshore model, good client & business interaction skills. · Understands the business processes in retirement. · Ability to work with business clients, understand their issues and create business specifications / high-level tech requirements based on the business needs that can be used by the technology team to build appropriate software solutions. · Ability to interact with technology professionals to explain requirements.
