*BO Crystal Reporting Analyst* *Location: Plano, TX* *Duration: 6 Months* *Phone Hire* *Max Rate : $45/hour c2c* Reporting analyst responsible for Crystal Reports, Business Objects Universe Designer and WEBI Reporting Analyst that focuses on visualizations and reporting solutions for Global Service Management Skills Business Objects Universe Designer WEBI Reporting Crystal Reports SQL Knowledge Service Manager Knowledge KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Works directly with customers on the specific requests Works closely with team members to create technical solutions Works with infrastructure teams as needed to complete solutions ACCOUNTABILITIES: Adheres to standards and best practices for reporting solutions; willingly offers input to best practices based on reality of the situation Responsible for several focused areas of designs for various reporting solutions including grid, ad hoc or guided ad hoc reporting, dashboard or scorecard visualizations, drill-down or drill-through capabilities, in addition to mobility extensions and data cubing needs Remains up-to-date on the latest visualizations and features available in the business intelligence (BI) tool and can apply the new learnings to technical solutions Architects appropriate projects, with some leadership from others, such that users have clarity while executing ad hoc activities and visualizations are rendered within an appropriate response time Partners with the business in an agile fashion, supporting meaningful visualizations and minor modifications in an expedient fashion; supports business contacts in creation of new reports, including use and effectiveness of the reports Provides comprehensive analysis using a variety of enterprise-wide applications including querying, report writing tools, dashboards, scorecards, drill-through and drill-down capabilities including extending into mobility Contributes to problem solving related to BI software environment including reporting, dashboarding, as well as infrastructure concerns Performs work estimations based on specific units of work from the business for a function.
