Assignments range from discreet develoment effortts to medium sized projects depending on need and volume. Complexity ranges from medium to complex applications and developement effort. Must be comfortable in flexible environment working with limited direction at times. Must be able to understanding existing applications and use similar development paradigms to those already in use. Will work under the guidance of a senior developer, must be able to take design direction and work within the existing application structure.
