There will be on site store surveys involved so only candidates with the ability to travel 20-30 percent and those with retail experience will be considered. Responsibilities: * Communicate with business counterparts in various business departments to identify and document the business requirements for software development or purchase. * Organize requirements and develop or compile business documentation pertaining to the requirements. * Create functional specifications to meet documented requirements. * Obtain specific product and business knowledge and lead the implementation to best leverage product capabilities. * Coordinate the appropriate business department with the technical teams to resolve issues. Job Requirements: * College degree OR equivalent experience in a related field. * 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis. * Familiar with requirement gathering for Application Development * Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written form * Proven coordination and problem solving skills * Proven ability in gaining knowledge quickly in unfamiliar areas.
