Position: Web Developer / Front End Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: Long Term Contract Interview: Telephonic and Inperson Job Description: Responsible for client side development and coding, coordinating with server side developers, contributing to internal development discussions and forums. Required Skills: Expert level front end development using HTML, CSS, object-oriented JavaScript. Experience using JS frameworks such as Dojo, jQuery, Backbone. Experience with CSS preprocessors, like STYLUS, LESS (preferably STYLUS). Excellent debugging skills using tools like Firebug, Chrome developer tools. Desirable to have worked on a large, single-page web application. Working experience with any CMS software. Strong communication skills, including detailed documentation writing. # of Years Required: 5 years work experience in front end development Preferred Skills: Experience with ClearCase and Subversion.
