An Associate's degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field plus 5 years of IT work experience. A Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or a related field plus 3 years of IT work experience. 5+ years of experience in SharePoint 2007+ administration.3+ years of experience with SharePoint 2007+ development. Experience with creating and managing PowerShell scripts. Experience with Windows Server 2012.Advanced knowledge of Virtualization, Project Server, Win2K, Win2K3 & Win2K8 server technologies, Active Directory, SQL. Ability to work both independently and in a team to provide input and output in a timely fashion. Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude and passion for learning new technologies quickly. Strong analytical skills to understand business process and recommend solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Customer service orientation.
