| Duties & Responsibilites : | Project Manager with Client, PeopleSoft HR, or Ceridian experience.
Candidates can sit remote but will be asked to travel about 35-40% of the time to client sites.
Candidates should have experience managing multiple project at one time and handling large budget projects.
Required Skills:
- Client is targeting a resource with Client, PeopleSoft HR, or Ceridian experience
- Candidate will be managing multiple projects at one time and working to manager 20 week implementation cycles
- Candidate will be working primarily remotely with 35-40% travel to client sites
- Candidates will serve as primary, project-level, liaison for the client throughout the project
- Candidate will be developing project direction and conversion strategies
- Candidate will manage project's scope, estimate of hours and accommodates changes
- Will serves as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that requires resolution
- Experience with MS Project is REQUIRED
- Should have knowledge of multi-service project interdependencies and Benefit Administration
- Must have strong knowledge of all core business products, skilled in implementing multiple Clint or PeopleSoft HR products.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Experience in relevant industry, as Project Manager.
- Proven successful Project Management of Multi Line implementations.
- PMP preferred.
- Needs to have experience managing projects in PeopleSoft HR, Ceridian, or Client
