| Duties & Responsibilites : | This position is responsible for developing viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements, following BNSF development standards.
• Develop, test, and implement Troux portal solutions per user community requirements.
• Develop data collectors using Troux Architect.
• Create Troux portfolio reports using Business Objects.
• Define, document, and implement Troux metamodel extensions according to Troux Best Practices using Troux Architect.
• Assist in the installation of Troux software releases.
• Understand and adhere to the BNSF Technology Services Project Management Methodology.
• Follow the BNSF Leadership Model and actively demonstrate commitment to the model.
• Actively support team on common goals, and participate in high team performance.
• Perform other special duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience developing Troux portals and data collectors.
• Experience with Troux Composer and Configurator for building portal solutions.
• Experience with Troux Blueprint Manager.
• Experience with Troux TQL query development.
• Experience with Troux Architect.
• Experience with Troux Standards implementation.
• Strong knowledge base of Enterprise Architecture and Business Component Hierarchies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1+ years of browser based applications using _javascript_.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and practices.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communications skills.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure discovery, dependency mapping, and configuration management databases.
