They are looking for a Network Engineer to assist with projects for their environment that include: Wireless, VPN, and Routing. *Responsibilities * · Router refresh from the Carrier (Verizon). Verizon is walking in the door with a router and they are hooking it up to a new circuit that they are providing and getting connectivity into that Router. They are not looking for a task oriented person. They are looking for someone that can find solutions within their environment. · Take companies standard configure apply it to the router and incorporate any nuance that may be specific to the router: *internal routing , backup solutions, BGP, etc * *Wireless deployment and upgrade of Controls. * MPLS --- VPN (site to site & remote to site exp) WAE or WAFS (wide area acceleration and was file servers.) PIX Firewall exp F5 (load balance...big IP) BGP or OSPF for protocols. OSPF concepts: LSA, Admin distances, costing NET QOA and CA spectrum tools.
